Pilates with Elizabeth offers both Matwork and Reformer options for your event.
Matwork - 45-minute class for up to 10 people. Mats will be provided, travel within 15km radius of Pokolbin. For greater distance or more than 10 people, please feel free to contact. Option for Matwork class at Miliya available upon request.
Reformer - 45-minute class of up to 8 people at the Miliya studio in Lovedale, NSW.
