A b o u t

Hello! I am Elizabeth, an APPI certified Pilates Instructor in Matwork & Reformer.

I was born in sunny Queensland, grew up in North America and returned to Australia for university. I pursued my strong interest in the human body and health to attain my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science.

Following my studies, I worked in the mining industry for five years, with one of the roles prompting a relocation down to New South Wales. During my mining career, I discovered and fell in love with Pilates for both how it made my body physically feel, and the mindfulness aspect fostered by the practice. I subsequently undertook my Pilates certification training to further my knowledge and be able to share my passion in the area with others.
