PWE App Launch + International Women’s Day Event at The Vintage

To celebrate the launch of my online platform, and a nod to International Women’s Day (the day before), I would love to invite you to a relaxed, intimate morning event. Join me on the mat for an uplifting 45-minute Pilates flow + breathwork in the morning sunshine that will leave you feeling revitalised.
